I bring you a fantastic combination of 100% natural herbs & spices to make delicious Tandoori vegetarian, vegan or meat kebabs, that you will love! The Tandoori is mild so you can amp up the heat to suit your tastebuds, it's perfect for grilling, bbq, roasting or pan frying!

My easy to follow recipe will help you make a flavourful Tandoori dish in your own kitchen. The method is simple and easy to follow. The trick is to marinate the paneer, chicken, tofu or veggies for at least 3 hours or overnight if you can, to create an Indian classic that tastes amazing in your own home.

Ideally served with boiled rice, naan and/or salad.

Tandoori originated in the Punjab province of India, traditionally the classic Indian chicken dish is popular worldwide. Traditionally roasted in a tandoor,  the raw chicken has its skin removed before marinating in dahi (yoghurt) and tandoori masala, a blend of spices.

You can put your own twist to Tandoori by switching chicken for paneer, tofu or veggies.
